They make changes to the parking rules without making a communication, and at closing it costs rather than suggesting you to return to the parking area they force you to close the ride and pay a fine of € 12.

Despite having an active free unlock pass, the unlock fee has been charged! Contact chat is some kind of mockery (AI). There is no way to claim a refund of the wrongly charged amount. I do not recommend.
