Shocking
Possible the worst parcel delivery service I have ever encountered, the staff are rude and stuck up and talk like robots I ordered a parcel off TikTok shop, I missed the first delivery as I was asleep second day I waited up for my parcel and as I was pottering around I saw the driver go past my house and back again then I got a notification saying you wasn't in… so I called them straight away the staff was unable to do anything as they had already dropped it off to the post office So I went the next day first thing in the morning and the parcel was not there, I spoke with the guy in the post office he said they dropped it off and after 10 mins took it back to their van, rang again to complain the woman on the phone accused me of being a liar and spoke down to me like I was a child then hung up on me Didn't hear nothing for days afterwards so I ring them again another useless idiot on the phone telling me my address has been changed and he cannot update me on my package as I have given him the wrong address They have marked my parcel as delivered and now the seller is refusing to give me a refund because she thinks I'm just trying to get the product and my money back I am mind blown this company is still running If I were you I would avoid them at all costs

Used to be a good app and a good service. Now the app keeps crashing and the service seems worse too - telling me a delivery was attempted when it is a clear lie.

Have to deliveries from DPD 1st one when arrived diver refused to deliver to my mother who lives at address when other I know receive same delivery had theirs accepted by relatives they just had to show their ID. 2nd delivery today different order but same driver receive a sorry we missed u message but I was in the house the bell had not rung nor the door knocked but he took a picture of my front door. Is it not the responsibility of the driver to deliver not happy

Poor data protection. Someone in my office gets notifications for my parcels. Even though different names. Not great is it!!! Is this against GDPR rules?

The DPD app lets you arrange the best possible delivery experience. Just tell us how and where to deliver from the range of options available and we’ll do the rest. Personal delivery preferences - if you’re not going to be in, you can use the DPD app to make sure you can still receive your parcels. Tell us to deliver straight to your chosen DPD Pickup location or, to your chosen neighbour or safe place. You select your preferences and we’ll make sure we follow your instructions every time! 30-minute delivery alerts - we don’t want you to wait in all day so with all your DPD deliveries, we’ll let you know in advance when to expect delivery and when we are just 30 minutes away. Active and previous deliveries - using your DPD app you can see a list of current deliveries and track when your parcels will be with you. When we’ve delivered to your chosen safe place we’ll even send you photos of your parcel in that location for added peace of mind you. Multiple addresses - set your work, home, or even family member’s address preference, so you can tailor your delivery experience and still get your deliveries, wherever you are in the UK. Driver tracking - see the name and a picture of your driver or why not track their location and find out where you are in the delivery queue. See your driver's estimated arrival time so you know when to expect your parcel. In flight options - when we’re on our way to you, if your plans change you can still rearrange your delivery right up until we deliver your parcel. You can instruct our driver to deliver on a different day, to a preferred neighbour, to a safe place or even to one of our 2,500 DPD Pickup shops.
